Royal Icing
Yield: 5 cups Royal Icing
Prep Time: 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup meringue powder
-
1/2 cup warm water
-
2 tsp. clear vanilla
-
5 cups confectioners' sugar
​
INSTRUCTIONS
-
Add meringue powder to mixer.

Add warm water to meringue powder.

Add clear vanilla.
-
Use whisk attachment to mix the meringue, vanilla and water together until frothy.

Change to the paddle attachment.
-
Slowly mix in sugar two cups at a time.
-
Mix on high for 2 minutes. Do not over mix.
-
Cover tightly until ready to use.
