INSTRUCTIONS
 

1. Apply royal icing to cookie base.

2. Identify graphic

3. Mix food coloring

4. Project the graphic onto the cookie and begin to color on the cookie.

5. Complete all the colors.

6. Outline the cookie using a food marker.
